Data Privacy at Vireya

We take your privacy seriously. Vireya is currently in a private testing phase, and we are intentionally keeping our data handling simple, secure, and minimal.

How your data is handled

• All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).

• Your data is processed exclusively by our backend systems and is not accessed directly from the client.

• Sensitive information such as passwords is never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard hashing techniques.

• User content (e.g. journal entries or conversations with the Clarity Coach) is stored securely and only used to provide the requested functionality.

Access control

• Each user is assigned a unique identifier.

• Data is logically separated per user.

• Only the backend systems required to operate Vireya can access stored data.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.

• We do not share your personal content with third parties.

• We do not use your journal or chat content for advertising.

AI processing

• Some features use AI models to generate responses or summaries.

• Only the minimum required context is sent to these systems to provide the feature.

• Your content is not used to train public AI models.

Data retention

• During the testing phase, we retain data only as long as necessary to improve the product.

• You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Vireya is actively evolving. As the platform grows, we are continuously improving our data storage, access controls, and privacy safeguards to meet even higher security and compliance standards.
